In today’s online shopping market,  I believe that honesty is the best policy. That’s why I have designed a policy that is accommodating and fair to my small business and future clients. Learn more below and reach out with questions.

Request a cancellation within 48 hours of purchase.

I do not accept returns on any apparel due to health and safety concerns. Before I mail off any products I send confirmation emails for approval. I do offer returns if any item is delivered broken or damaged. You will receive the same item you paid for free of charge. You will need to provide a photo of the damaged item before the new one is made or shipped. 

Contact me by email or phone but best to put it in writing. 

 I can't accept exchanges for:

  • Custom or personalized orders

  • Wall or car decals

  • Items on sale

✖DOMESTIC SHIPPING:

Standard orders are sent out USPS First class mail and will get to you between 2-6 days once they're shipped! You can also upgrade your shipping for faster production + shipping time at checkout. The quickest is 3 business days which is express mail + 2-day production!

✖INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING:

Orders are shipped out via first class (7-21 days). Be sure to check import taxes for your region as your order will be held for it. Please note: I am NOT responsible for customs/import taxes. Be sure to check your country’s customs rates before purchase so you are aware when the order ships that you will be required to go and purchase the tax so your order does not get delayed.

✖ALWAYS DOUBLE-CHECK YOUR ADDRESS ON YOUR ORDER:

It is VERY important to always check to make sure the address you provide in your order is correct. This is true of any order you place — even add-on rush options. Please make sure you have all the appropriate components of your address as well. USPS suggests changes on addresses if missing things like “apt”, “st”, “rd”, “ave”, etc. but

I will not edit addresses unless you provide the correction. I can only ship to addresses provided to me, so if an old address was used for your order I am not responsible if your package was delivered there. If you notice that the address in your order is incorrect, contact the shop immediately so we can mark the change in your order.

✖PACKAGE DELAYS:

It is also your responsibility to know whether your mail gets delayed after delivery. We are not responsible for the time it takes for mailrooms to process orders or if your address does not allow Saturday delivery — so please keep that in mind when planning when you need your order. If you are living in a condition where there are bad weather conditions such as snow or hurricanes, please keep in mind your mail may get delayed as they will not be able to deliver during harsh conditions. I will not be held responsible if USPS delays your package for any reason. Once a package leaves my possession, I am no longer responsible. Please be sure to contact USPS immediately if your order is taking a while to deliver or if you have an issue with a delay. 

✖IF YOUR PACKAGE WAS STOLEN:

If your package’s tracking was marked as “delivered” but you have not received it, I am not responsible for the missing package. Please be sure to check with anyone you live with, or neighbors if they have received your package. If missing, please contact USPS for additional information. If you are worried about the safety of a package or want to make sure it arrives to you, you are able to request signature confirmation (for $2.55). 

✖IF YOUR PACKAGE IS LOST:

If it has been over a month and your package is verified as lost by USPS after you placed a claim, please let me know and you will be refunded your order’s cost. This does not apply to orders that are listed as “delivered”.


Your information is kept secure and no one will ever see your payment information.

Because of this, I can not charge you any additional fees without sending you a link for purchasing. Please do not ask to send payments outside this site via Venmo, Cash App, or Zelle — I will not accept those payments. That option is available for locals only at vendor events! I have an Etsy shop and you are welcome to shop where there are more payment options.

Additional policies

✖ ORDERS:

All orders are made to order! We do not have premade things just sitting on a shelf so you can customize your order any way you like.

Standard production is 4-5 business days. Production begins the following business day after an order is placed. So if you order Friday, it would start Monday or if you order Monday it would start Tuesday, and so forth. For domestic standard orders, shipping is 2-6 days via USPS first class mail (with tracking). There are also options at checkout for quicker arrival times that include priority mail and express mail (both also USPS). For international, shipping is First Class Mail but can be updated upon request with a custom listing.

✖ CUSTOM ORDERS:

One of the best things I offer is the ability to customize anything! Unlike a lot of places, I do not require a minimum purchase for customization, so you can order just one or as many as you would like! Due to copyrights, some requested images may not be available for customization. Any personal photos sent for customization will be deleted once the project is completed.


Please do not ask me to replicate an already existing design unless you have ownership of the artwork. I will not directly copy other artists' work as we value everyone’s rights to their artwork and we ask you to do the same with minds work.

BE SURE TO NOTE: ALL custom orders are FINAL SALE because they are made just for you!

If you ever have an issue with your order with something on my end, please contact me immediately! Having an issue but leaving a negative review does not get your problem solved and I always want to help! If there is ever damage to your order, please be sure to send us a picture and description of the damage within 3 days of delivery. We are not responsible for how you treat your order afterward.
